Whether it’s performance apparel, down, merino wool, sleeping bags, hiking boots, or technical outdoor gear—Fibertec offers specialized products for cleaning, waterproofing, and care.

Our specialized detergents clean gently and are tailored to the specific needs of performance fabrics. Our waterproofing treatments enhance the water-repellent properties of textiles and footwear. The product line is complemented by items for shoe care and personal hygiene on the go.

At Fibertec, we focus on concrete and verifiable product properties rather than blanket promises.

Our specialty detergents, for example, are tested for biodegradability according to OECD-301F. Depending on the product, they achieve 78% to 93% biodegradability within 28 days.

Numerous Fibertec products carry the bluepass certification from bluesign. The bluepass system takes into account, among other things, product responsibility, the handling of chemicals, resource efficiency, environmental protection, workplace safety, and social responsibility. The goal is to reduce potential negative impacts on people and the environment. This certification applies specifically to the certified products or production processes and does not automatically extend to the entire Fibertec product line.

Fibertec is also a long-standing bluesign System Partner. As a system partner, our company undergoes a systematic evaluation based on the criteria of the bluesign system. This evaluation examines, among other things, chemicals, supply chains, and manufacturing processes. The system partnership is an ongoing process involving regular evaluation and continuous improvement.
